Daddy-Son Date :)

On December 5th, I had to take 200 fourth graders to St. Augustine, FL for a field trip. This is an annual trip we take and it is a LONG day. I have to be at school around 5AM and I get home around 9:30PM. That's a lot of time to spend with 4th graders :)

Anyway, last year Dust took advantage of the time they had and took bean on a Mexican date. This year was no different. They spent the evening at the Cross fit gym together, and then grabbed some dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

Funny story- as they were leaving the restaurant, a hostess bumped into Bean, knocked him over, and busted his juice cup. The manager happened to see it and rushed to their assistance. He gave Beanie two free kids meals, a new heavy-duty juice cup and straw, and a cowboy hat!

These two had so much fun together :)
