Landscaping!

This spring we decided that we wanted to add some curb appeal to our home. The existing landscaping was ick and Dustin tore it out right after we moved in.This March we decided to devote a few weekends to it and are very pleased with the outcome! We had a landscaper come up with the plan and we (Dustin) put it into action!

Digging up the grass and making the beds...

After Dust and the boys got the beds ready, he and I spent a stolen day to go plant shopping and lunching :)

After picking out the plants, Dustin started planting! He spent so much time and energy on this little job!

While digging, he did have a minor mishap and hit the main water line....

But after a quick plumbing visit (and a blow to the wallet) we were back on track!

The finished project looks great! I am so proud of my hard working hubby and beautiful home! I can't wait for the hydrangeas to grow and bloom!
