Last Day of Daycare :'(

Because we are moving to the complete opposite side of town, we had to withdraw Xavier from his current daycare. While it was difficult adjusting to a daycare setting (Ms. Suzy SPOILED us!) we are truly grateful for the wonderful women who worked with Xavier at Faith. On his last day, I took a few pics to close this little chapter of his life. They were sad to see him go but a few of our favorites will babysit when we need one so it isn't goodbye forever!

Hugging Gracie goodbye :(

All of the crafts, art and learning that he did at Faith is apparent in his playroom. We have posted this before but his collection has grown quite a bit :)

For now, we will share a relaxing, fun-filled summer together. In August, it's back to school and a new daycare for us :)

Father's Day 2014

We got home just in time for Father's day. My parents decided to stay in Tallahassee for a few days before returning home so I was able to spend it with my dad, too! We ate lunch and then went swimming at their hotel.

Happy to be home!

So Thoughtful!

After swimming, we went back to the house for a nap. We later met up for some dinner and shopping :) The next day, I had a training and Dust headed back to work so my parents stayed at our place to watch Beanie. They decided to go shopping for Xavier's birthday present and ended up buying him a new box spring and mattress for his big boy bed!!! We are so thankful for such a great gift. We know my mom would have rather bought something more fun but the mattress was definitely a need :)

We had dinner that night and said our goodbyes as my parents were heading to Georgia for a mini-vacation with just the two of them. It was hard saying good bye but we know we will see them again very soon :)

PS- Xavier is naked in these pics for potty training purposes haha

Words can not express our gratitude for all that they do for us. We are so thankful for their support and love!

Vacation in Indiana: Part 6

Friday ended up being all about Layla! Her birthday was the 16th and we wanted to celebrate while Beanie and I were in town. We spent the morning playing and swimming, grabbing Mexican with my dad, and then heading back for the party. It was great because we got to see all of our family one more time before leaving town :)

How Precious!

Layla's party was so fun! It was wonderful to see everyone and Xavier LOVED playing with his cousins :)

Here we said our goodbye's because we were heading back to Florida in the morning. It was bitter sweet but we were missing our Dust!!

We left Saturday morning around 7AM. It was a long way home and we made very few stops. We were on a mission to get home before Xavier's bedtime so that Dust could see Beanie.

Much Better!
The drive ended up being pretty painless. We made it home around 8:30 and Xavier was thrilled to see Dust. It was good to be home :)
