Talking, Talking, Talking!

Like the potty training post, I should have posted this 6 months ago! Luke has been talking in complete, fluent sentences since approximately August. He was just over 2 which is much younger than x (who was 2 1/2). He never.stops.talking.

And we wouldn't have it any other way! He brings so much joy to our lives with all of his little comments, stories, and hilarious sayings. I am going to try to get back to some of the "Kids Say.." posts because these boys are full of hilariousness.

We just love this toddler of ours :)

Potty Training

I should have blogged about this months ago, but...Life.

Anyway, our sweet Luke is potty trained!

(And has been since the beginning of November...)

I attempted to train him over the summer but it took all of 12 hours to realize that he wasn't ready. Fast forward to October and his teachers agreed with us that he was ready! I would say it only took 3-4 days to really get him to go regularly and by the beginning of November he was accident free most of the time. He is still sleeping in diapers at night as well as at nap time but otherwise, the Bledsoe household is diaper free!

This was way easier than we expected it to be and he has truly bloomed as a little guy through the process. He grew up over night. He has been talking forever but now it is fluently in complete paragraphs, even stories at times. He never stops talking! LOL He is much further along than X was and I am sure it's because he has an older brother :)

We are so proud of our potty trained baby! Here are some cute, obligatory underwear pics!

Christmas Cookies!

This year, we made some cookies with the Walkers and then finished the job at our own home. We delivered them to teachers with their Christmas gifts and have just enough left over for Santa!

Santa Clause!

We went to see Santa this year at the same location as last. The boys got their new christmas jammies early again and they got to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. Such sweet memories!
