Our games are a Middle School in town. It is a bit of a drive for us (Heck, anything over 5 miles is a bit of a drive for the boys and I...) so this made Xavier even more excited! The first game X had scheduled, Dustin made sure he had off and then it was rained out :( So this meant Dustin wasn't able to make it. But, don't fret! He has made sure that he will be able to attend at least half of the games which is huge considering how busy his Saturday's are!
So, when we arrived, we met up with other team members and had just enough time to roll down the hills. This was probably the highlight of his day!
Then it was time for serious business. Basically, we play 4 innings at each game. Each team bats and fields twice. It is basically just teaching them the basic rules of the game and it's lots of fun! The only down side to all of this is that some games are at 11 or 12 in the afternoon. For a team of 3 year olds, that is prime nap time! It can get hairy...

Good Game! |
After we called Daddy and told him how great X did, he insisted that mommy stop and get Bean an ice cream cone :)
Here is some live action of the game!
