Our Tree Troubles

We thought we got away from the hurricane unscathed. Yes, Dusitn lost a week of business and we spent money on a vacay and fridge full of food...but no damage to the house! YAY!

Until one day, my neighbor's lawn service knocked on the door to show me that one of our trees had been damaged in the storm and was splitting right down the middle...

Dustin and I called some places to get some estimates and watched it to continue to split whilst waiting...

It was going to fall on our home...it was just a matter of when. So, $1,500 later, the tree is gone.
