Sweet Beach Day in Panama City Beach

In Mid- June, my Aunt Lani and her daughters Courtney and Caroline were in Florida for sports tournaments. They ended up staying for a few extra days in PCB to vacation and invited us to come play with them one day. PCB is only a 2 hour drive for us so we got up early, hopped in our car and off we went!

We visited a beach in Panama City we had never been to and it was beautiful and much less populated than beaches we've stayed on there :)

We had SO much fun catching up with our cousins! The big girls are so good with our littles and it was such a sweet special day.

Xavier discovered a love for boogie boarding and Luke built sandcastles for a solid 3 hours!

I have always been especially close to my Aunt Lani and it was wonderful to unexpected spend time with her!

We spent all day on the beach and the boys were so good. Before we headed back for Tallahassee, I grabbed the boys a happy meal. Because that is SUCH a rare occurrence, they were OVER-THE-MOON! LOL

We arrived home safely and sunkissed. While we hate that daddy can't always join in on our summer adventures, we are thankful that we have this sweet summer time together :)

Coming home to this note was pretty stellar, too. :)
