Father's Day 2018

This year for Father's Day, the boys and I decided to splurge a bit on the best daddy around. Poor Dust always takes care of his people and never does anything for himself. We appreciate him so much and just wanted to do something really nice for him. SO- we spent more than typical and the boys and I came up with the idea to hide his presents and give him a treasure map to find them. This turned out to be SO stinking cute and fun. I have a feeling that this is going to become a thing in our family. Here is the adorable video below! We couldn't wait so we gave him his map and present the day before :)

After daddy found his gummies, gift cards and his new PS4 and game, I had to take some sweet pics!

The next morning, we kept with tradition. We got daddy donuts and coffee, gave him our homemade cards and spent QT together.

Reading his cards :)

Daddy loves his babies so :)

Next up, the annual Father's Day craft! This year I bought them each a canvas and the theme was "Hand Monsters." Each of them outlined their hand print and then made a monster out of it. The outcome was adorable!

For dinner, we ordered daddy's favorite pizza and I made a homemade cobbler for dessert. It's Dustin's favorite!

It was YUM!

As if all that celebrating wasn't enough, that evening Xavier INSISTED that they play this game he came up with. Each of the boys got a coloring page. They had to blindly choose three markers and then that was the only colors they were allowed to use for that round. We set a timer for 5 minutes and when the timer went off, they had to be done. I was the judge and decided who's picture turned out the best. It ended up being hilarious and fun! We played several rounds! LOL

We love Dustin so very much and are so thankful for him. We had such a nice time celebrating him :)
