Kindergarten Orientation

Last week, Dustin brought Xavier to my school for Kindergarten Orientation. It was literally the cutest thing you've ever seen. All of my administrators and coworkers were so excited to greet him and everyone made him feel so welcome. He LOVED seeing the school and classrooms and was excited to meet his new teachers. I am SO ready for him to be here with me next year. This is why I became a teacher, after all :)

While I did not attend, I was just down the hall in my classroom. Dustin took lots of cute pics and my friend Amy, Elsie's mama (I've blogged about them quite a bit) took some pics for me too :) Elsie is redshirting kindergarten as well!

Dustin and X were very proud of their drawings :)

After the program and tour, they of course stopped by my classroom to see me :) It brightened my day to see two of my 3 favorite people in the middle of the day! My students also acted like it was a celebrity sighting HAHA!

Dustin was so happy to get to experience this with our little guy. Usually I take over the teacher/school stuff but he and X really enjoyed this special morning together.

I can't believe this little Bean of ours will be with me at school for the next 6 years. Time please slow down!
