After waiting for an hour, the storms subsided and we were left with rain. We decided to cover Main Street and went in to the Emporium. There, we bought the little Mickey figures for our car :)

By the time we were done in the store, we were hungry again. By this time it was nearly 5 PM. We walked over to Tony's Italian Restaurant. Normally you can't get in without a reservation, however, because of the rain, many people canceled and they were able to squeeze us in :) We waited on the porch of the large mansion and Xavier took nap #3 of the day.

Once we we were called, we were seated and ordered. It was nice to be out of the yucky weather but it was freeeeeezing inside!

Mickey Mouse happened to be located in the same building as our dinner so we headed there next!

By this time, it was 8:45 and our Beanie was beat! (So was mama and dada!) We decided to take a for more pictures and call it a day...and a successful one at that!

We jumped on the shuttle to our resort and rode quietly back. Beanie slept the whole way back and of course woke up just in time to play on the big bed...

We all fell asleep shortly after getting back and slept until our alarm clock (Xavier) woke us up at 6AM. We slowly got moving and prepared to head home.

We had the most amazing time and we can't wait to get back. What a wonderful way to celebrate the most amazing baby's birthday :) Happy Birthday Xavier James! Mommy and Daddy are so blessed to have you and you have made us happier than we ever knew possible!
Even though it was hot & rainy I`m glad you all had a great 1st birthday celebration. Xavier is one sweet, lucky, handsome little guy. Thanks to all your photos he`ll have so many special memories to look back on as he grows up. We probably wouldn`t recognize Disney because we went about 32 yrs. ago.
