Friday evening, we took Beanie to the doctor to have the stitches removed, finally! Xavier did well and only cried because he was being held down by three adults. When the stitches were out, he cried for 30 seconds and then was over it.

Let me just say I am sooo glad that it is over with! I hate it when my baby cries :(
Since having the stitches removed, he is definitely doing better! The wound is FINALLY getting smaller, and although he bumps it open at least once a day, it healing pretty rapidly now. The swelling has also gone down quite a bit. He no longer looks like a rhinocerous :)
