Thanksgiving at the Bledsoe Household!

This year for Thanksgiving, we spent an AMAZING 4 days at home together, just the four of us. That never happens! We soaked up all of this special time with our babies and had a wonderful mini vacation!

On Wednesday, I was off but wanted to workout, prep the thanksgiving meal and clean for the weekend, so the babies went to school for a bit. After getting a lot accomplished in the morning, I met up with Dustin at his work for their employee lunch. It was informal and fun :)

Lunch date
I picked up the babies afterward and had a treat for them :)

The next morning, our elf appeared to celebrate Thanksgiving with us! Cookie Gem has been hiding each morning ever since!

While I cooked an unprecedented  Thanksgiving meal of lasagna (by Dustin's request), I had Xavier and Luke put together a Christmas craft ornament! It was super cute and they enjoyed making something special to hang on the tree!

Silly!
Up next, I had them decorate a turkey cookie. I found this cute idea on pinterest and decided to go for it!

What it is supposed to look like...

Not bad!

Xavier did a great job!

Holy Moly...

Soon enough, dinner was ready and my boys chowed down! It wasn't a traditional thanksgiving dinner but it was yummy and special to us :)

Drinking juice from my silly coffee mug!

Luke had 3 helpings!

And then came the post-meal snuggles!

The rest of the weekend was spent playing, reading, and lots of other fun stuff! Dustin and I were even able to get away for a few hours for a nice meal and movie. We celebrated 13 years together :)

Passed out eating lunch!

Parks and picnics are the best!

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!!! We sure did :)
