You probably remember for Xavier's 1st and 2nd birthdays we traveled to Disney to celebrate. Obviously we couldn't for his 3rd as that was the week Lukey was born but we decided to continue the tradition this year for Luke's 1st and Xavier's 4th. We are so glad we went back. We had the best time!
We left on a Tuesday around lunch time. Dustin worked the first part of the morning, the boys went to daycare for the last day of the summer, and I tied up loose ends. I picked up the boys around 11 and we headed for Dust's work. After a quick potty break, we were on the road and ready to start celebrating!
We arrived at Disney Springs (formerly known as Downtown Disney) around 3:00 PM. Disney Springs (or Money Disney as Dustin refers to it haha) is kind of like a huge outdoor mall. There are restaurants, rides and toy stores every where you turn. We bought the boys all of their gifts from Mimi and Papa here (thanks mom and dad!) and had a nice dinner and even some dessert. The babies got to ride on a carousel and train 100 times, we took a ferry boat, went digging for dino fossils, played with Legos and lots of other fun stuff! We all had an amazing time!

We all got in on the Spiderman Ears fun! |
And then we got caught in a tropical storm! Ha! The good news was we were heading home anyway so it didn't ruin our plans :)
That night we hung around the hotel and played with some of our new toys :)
The next morning we were up bright and early and were parked, across the ferry and standing at the gates in time to watch the train show open the gates! Daddy also stopped to get the adults some coffee and Xavier the biggest doughnut you've ever seen! Also, I have to mention that for this occasion, I pulled out the same onesie I had made for X on his first birthday for Luke to wear. Also, I contacted the same woman and had her make the exact same shirt in Xavier's size so they would match :)

Once the park opened WE DIDN'T STOP! We went from attraction to attraction and only stopped for diaper changes and two food breaks. We have been 4 or 5 times in recent years so we have the Fast Pass situation down to an art. Using the app on our phones we were able to literally bounce from ride to ride with little to no wait. Our longest wait the whole day was 20 minutes :) We did everything we wanted to do 2 and even 3 times so it was definitely a successful day :)

We had one of the best days (we always do at Disney) and by 7:00, we headed back to the car to get a head start on the drive home.

Watching Xavier at Disney at this age made it worth every penny. He hasn't stopped talking about it since we got home. He just LOVED it :)
The next morning, we opened and played with all of their new toys and looked through the pictures that we took.
