RACEDAY!

Saturday morning, we woke up super early and headed out of town. I had signed up for a 4 miles St. Patty's day race with a girlfriend from college. It wasn't the distance that scared me, rather the freezing cold weather! I am not used to it!

We met up with Kelly and had a lovely reunion. My parents came to support us and Kimberly had signed up for the race as well. It was such a fun day! Kelly finished in 37 minutes and I finished in 39! We both made excellent time despite the burning lungs and runny noses :)

After running the race, we went to The Cheesecake Factory to visit and enjoy a delicious lunch. It was so, so, so good to see a best friend from home! She is precious!
