This year I had Dust's gifts delivered to school so it was a surpise. I got hima few things that have been hanging on his Amazon list for a while and he loved them :)
The boys got some Valentine love from Grandma Lucy and Granny Ruth and Grandpa Warren! They just love getting mail! Thank you for making their holiday brighter!
Dustin and I decided to celebrate the weekend before Valentine's day so that we could enjoy the whole day. We spent the day playing outdoors with the babies.
For dinner I made yummy steak, potatoes and broccoli. We also made the boys heart shaped pizza which was a real hit :)

The next day, we went to Walmart to pick out the boys' Valentine's. Typically I make a cute home Pinterest version but our lives are currently SO hectic that I needed to take something off my list :)
We had a great weekend full of love! On Monday, we picked up the boys' gift from Mimi and Papa...
Needless to say, we repurposed most of it :) We made goody bags for the teachers at the gym and their classroom teachers! The boys got to pick out a few treats and Dustin took the rest to his office.
The morning of actual Valentine's day was fun, too. I got up for a 5AM workout with my bestie and came home to children who were dressed and ready to go to school! My hubby is pretty awesome.
Both boys had fun at their class parties, though I don't have pictures of Xavier's.
That evening, we gave the boys their Valentine gift from us. They love them some superheroes!
And, in true Dustin and Whitney form, we spent our Valentine's evening playing Mario :) Some things never change!
I have so much love for these boys of mine and I just love that holidays like Valentine's Day are ways to celebrate each other!
