Big Foot

So around Thanksgiving time, we bought Beanie a new pair of Nike tennis shoes. He always has several pairs of shoes that he wears but one really good pair for every day use. We bought these shoes a little big so they would last.

Well, a couple weeks ago, he went to sleep with them fitting and woke up with them not! His feet grew over night. Knowing the importance of having good shoes, we went that evening to get him some new tennis shoes and new sandals.

He picked out blue and gray Nikes and plain black sandals. They work great with his every-day look :)

The funniest part is we had to buy him size 11 shoes. 11. The average 5 year old wears 10 ½ to 11 ½ and thats what we have to buy for our 2 (almost 3) year old! He is so big! Surely he will slow down at some point :)
