A couple nights before our trip to Chicago, Dustin and I decided that in leau of cooking, we would get some sandwiches from the local market. As he headed off to pick them up, I put Xavier in the bathtub for his bath. Approximately 3 minutes into bath time, Dustin stormed back into the house and insisted we get dressed and put the baby in the stroller. Apparently he had seen the makings of a Christmas parade and it was about to start.
After drying off and clothing Beanie, we ran down the five blocks to the street where hundreds of people were waiting. We made it just in time to see the cars, floats and bands :)
