Papa is Home!!!! :)

On February 19th, after 47 days in the hispital, my dad was discharged and able to go home!! While they had a celebration waiting for him, the boys and I were obviously unable to attend. We are so excited and just OVER THE MOON happy that he is home and rehabbing more and more each day. Of course I got to facetime him but I cannot wait until we are home for Spring Break and I can give him the BIGGEST HUG AND KISS EVER!!!!

The boys and I decided to spend some time showing Papa some love by making him cards and sending him goodies. We just love him to pieces!!!!

10th Wedding Anniversary

Last month, Dustin and I celebrated 10 years of marriage. TEN! I can't believe it's possible. Time has passed so quickly! I can't help but look back on our ten years and be proud :) We've come a long way! We've been through so much life and still remain best friends. He's the best.

We had planned a trip away, just the two of us but had to postpone it because of my health/surgery. We will take that trip in the next couple months but tried to make the most of our special day just the same. My friend Amy watched the boys so that Dustin and I could go for a long lunch. It was such a nice afternoon.

When I got home, there were beautiful flowers waiting for me :)

When he came home that evening, he did not arrive empty handed :)

I got him a piece of gym equipment he has been wanting...

Ten years of marriage and 16 years total. I love us. :)

Xavier Lost a Tooth!

Finally! This sweet boy is not interested in wiggling teeth and it took forever for him to lose one! A few months ago we noticed that his adult teeth were coming in behind the baby teeth so we tried to put a bit of pep in his step. Luckily, he lost one and the other is wiggling too!

Babies' First Movie

In May, Dustin and I took the boys to see their very first movie in theaters. It was a fun experience but "Detective Pikachu" may have been a tad darker than we all preferred. Nevertheless, it was the catalyst to their current obsession....Pokemon. OBSESSED. With the game, clothing, toys, stuffed animals. It is their favorite thing right now.

Grandpa and Niki

We have BIG NEWS! In May, Grandpa and Niki bought a house and lots of land in a little town about an hour north of us! We are so excited to have family near us for the first time in our adult lives. We have already seen them a ton and are ready for them to be all moved in and down here permanently! YAY!
